Minority employees often face the challenge of “code-switching” in corporate spaces—a practice of altering speech, behavior, or appearance to fit in. To raise awareness of this experience, I developed a campaign for Mentor Me Collective, an organization dedicated to empowering first-generation technologists. The campaign features Black employees from various industries sharing their personal stories and insights.
